The night of a big election soon ends in disappointment for four best friends during their junior year of college. Danny, Rafael, Libby, and Johannes are having the time of their lives and their only concerns are classwork and when and where the next party is taking place. However, their world turns upside down after one of the Nation’s most famous celebrities gets murdered and causes discourse throughout the country. His death causes a domino effect which leads to the destruction of the United States of America and the creation of a fascist dictatorship known as Freedonia.

 

How does this effect their friendship and their dreams? What actions do they take to direct the paths of their lives? Who will they meet along their journey? Through sheer will and determination, these young adults quickly adapt to their new environment and decide to change their fate.
